Three ways to get a quote

What to send

• Photos of the job (wide shot showing context, plus close-ups on any specific damage or leak).
• Short description of what is wrong and how long it has been happening.
• Postcode.
• Any access notes (whether we can get in without you on site, key location if it is a let property).
• Whether it is urgent (active leak, no water) or something that can wait for a normal booking.

Turnaround

Straightforward repairs: same-day fixed price on WhatsApp, work booked inside the same week. Bigger jobs (bathroom fitting, anything needing a wall or floor opened up): site visit within 2 to 3 working days, fixed price within another day of that. Genuine emergencies (burst pipe, active flooding): same-day priority, see our emergency call-out page.

For landlords and holiday-let owners

WhatsApp the problem with photos, we quote back the same day, book the visit, and send completion photos when it's done. No need to be on site. Useful if you own a property at Sandwich Bay or manage a let remotely.

Gas and boiler work

We are Gas Safe registered, so boiler service, repair, installation, gas safety certificates and gas appliance work are all part of our own scope. Ask to see the registration ID card on the day if you would like to check it, we would rather you asked.
